We are a large format digital printer located in Burlington, Ontario experiencing strong growth. We produce Indoor/Outdoor Signage, Point-of-Purchase displays, Billboard and Transit advertisements for Retail and Outdoor advertising clients across Canada.

Service is the core of our offering. We want an energetic Sales Manager that will continue to ensure our service is unparalleled. We are growing at 15% annually and have an ambitious growth agenda ahead. The newly created Sales Manager will be instrumental in achieving this goal.

The successful candidate will report to the President and drive sales by establishing new clients and overseeing team sales efforts. They will oversee a team of 8, including 3 Account Managers and 5 Customer Service Representatives (CSRS), and be accountable for leading the full team’s revenue growth. We are looking for someone who is driven and can motivate others. We value humility, hard work and a collaborative disposition.

Job Responsibilities:

•Establish a sustainable base of new business

•Mentor, engage and challenge direct reports to achieve goals and targets, including performance management

•Coach sales team and advance other junior team members into sales positions

•Be a voice of the market that brings new ideas and pushes the organization to innovate

•Identify business opportunities and work with the management team in achieving Business Development Goals

•Oversee planning and operational sales processes


•Team player who can establish and maintain trust in a team environment

•Strong fit in a fast-moving culture that ‘wins together’ – we take our work seriously but we approach life with a strong sense of humour

•Ability to generate new business independently

•Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a Sales role

•Ability to develop and execute strategic plans/ strategic thinker

•Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
