Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for management of the customer relationship by developing assigned accounts, prospecting for new customers, and meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas at the appropriate gross margin. The Inside Sales Rep presents a professional image at all times to customers via all means of communication: phone, email and written correspondence. This position involves outbound and inbound tele-sales calls & email to prospects and customers for the sale of Supremex envelopes, related products and services. The Inside Sales Rep works with internal departments to ensure proper coordinating and expediting of all customer related initiatives: order placement, credit, art, production, and shipping.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, proven performer with a high level of energy who knows how to “wow” the customer with a great first impression. The candidate must be goal-oriented with an excellent phone manner to effectively manage their time in prospecting and managing new sales opportunities.
• Minimum 2 years relevant sales experience, in similar position preferred
• Basic, working knowledge of printing and/or converting preferred
• Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques
• Demonstrated success meeting sales goals and growing sales
• Professional demeanour
• Effective listening, business communication (verbal and written), negotiation, and phone skills
• Intermediate computer skills, MS Office & ERP systems required
• Effective time management & priority setting skills
