• In-depth understanding of printing and related services is a MUST (this is NOT an entry-level job!)

• Ability provide exceptional customer service and respond with light speed is also a MUST

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to oversee Vendor Estimating & Procurement processes

• Ability to manage multiple vendors and projects simultaneously

• Energetic and highly motivated

• Serious ability to multi-task and prioritize work activities

• You have a “can do” attitude and can be counted on to remain positive and calm under pressure

• Above average problem-solving skills in order to solve complex customer and production-related issues

• Excellent written, interpersonal communication & telephone skills

• Self-disciplined and highly organized with ability to take initiative and make decisions

• You own a car

About the Job – In this Position, you will:

• Provide in-person, email and telephone customer service to existing customers

• Handle print projects from start to finish (vendor estimate coordination through to finished project delivery)

• Attend Press Approvals as required across the Greater Toronto Area

• Work closely with Vendors and Customers to provide uncompromised product quality

• Handle accounting tasks including managing purchase orders and invoicing

• manage existing long-term business relationships to ensure customer and vendor partner satisfaction

• provide Monthly Report to Company Management

• execute general administration and other duties as assigned or required
