We are actively seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our tight-knit team as a Digital Print and Bindery Operator. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment when working to tight deadlines, and shines under pressure.



POSITION SUMMARY: Digital Print and Bindery Operator



Essential Job Functions:



The Digital Print and Bindery Operator is responsible for the setup, operation and maintenance of folders, cutters, roll laminators, collator / booklet makers, digital scoring equipment, wire-o and binding, and drilling equipment.



The successful candidate will work with the creative team, production team and client while facilitating projects.



Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:



• Experience with digital print processes and equipment, with minimum 2 years bindery experience.

• The ability to read and interpret work orders and production schedules.

• The ability to skillfully multi-task, and thrive under pressure.

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication skills

• A consistently demonstrated ability to work with management to achieve company goals, including customer satisfaction and company profitability.

• A demonstrated willingness to accept direction from supervisors, management and peers, and to work together with peers and other departments to improve quality and performance.



This is a full-time, day shift position.



Competitive hourly wage to be determined based upon skill set.
