Graphika Print Solutions is a software company developing colour management and workflow solutions for conventional and extended gamut printing process. Our goal is to improve the printing industry through machine learning, and scientific research to increase efficiency and make solutions accessible to all printer. Graphika Print Solutions was presented an award at the Canadian Print Awards for ‘Most Progressive Technology’. Graphika Print Solutions is located in North York and is within 10 minutes walking distance of Sheppard West subway station.
We are seeking a hard-working individual to join our small team as a sales representative for our software solutions. This individual would be responsible for seeking out new clients and building a strong network using innovative thinking. To build profitable relationships with customers this individual should have a passion for the industry and the essential in-person presentation skills. This individual would be supported by the software development team to ensure they have the product knowledge needed to communicate with customers.
Developing and sustaining sales relationships with Canadian printers and agencies
Implement plans to expand business presence with the assistance of the team
Perform regular follow up visits with customers
Promote current and new products in development using technical knowledge provided
Find solutions to customers problems with the assistance of the development team
Stay current on industry trends and competitive activities as it relates to the products
2+ years of experience in sales or communications within print or related industries
Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills
Basic and topical knowledge of the printing industry with regards to print technology and/or colour management
Basic understanding the printing processing principles and willingness to learn more specific colour management and workflow knowledge from the team
Good time management skills to stay on top of customer requirements
An enthusiastic drive to succeed
Skillful negotiation abilities when communicating with customers
