Digital Print Operator – Concord, ON
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Digital Print Operator to join our fast-paced production team in Concord.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with digital production presses, strong quality control skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Equipment Experience:
• Xerox Versant 2100
• Xerox 80
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
• Operate and maintain digital production printers and related equipment
• Set up and run print jobs according to job tickets and specifications
• Monitor print quality, colour consistency, and registration
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Coordinate with prepress, bindery, and shipping departments
• Assist with finishing duties including cutting, folding, binding, and packaging
• Maintain accurate production records and a clean work area
• Follow company quality and safety procedures
Qualifications:
• Previous experience operating digital production presses required
• Xerox production equipment experience considered an asset
• Strong attention to detail and colour accuracy
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
