Customer Service & Sales Representative
Job Summary
The Customer Service & Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue through front counter sales, account management, and exceptional customer service. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients, identifying their needs, recommending solutions, and managing projects from initial inquiry through completion. The position also supports the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
 Welcome customers.
 Answer incoming phone calls and emails, identify customer requirements, and provide appropriate solutions.
 Gather complete and accurate job specifications and customer information.
 Prepare estimates, and sales orders.
 Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
 Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
 Serve as the primary liaison between customers, the sales team, and production.
 Provide clients with updates on job status, timelines, and delivery expectations.
 Maintain accurate customer records, purchasing history, and account information.
 Proactively following the jobs through the shop to meet the customers expectations and deadlines.
Operations & Administration
 Develop a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and production processes.
 Assist with scheduling and managing changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 Monitor and respond to Plan Prophet Sales Representative notifications.
 Assist with daily operational tasks to ensure projects remain on schedule and deadlines are met.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
 Minimum of 2 years of business-to-business sales and/or customer service experience.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
 Knowledge of the printing and sign industry, including substrates, media, and production methods.
 Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
 Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
 Basic mathematical skills to prepare estimates, review pricing, and process orders.
Education & Experience
 High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
 Two years of related experience in customer service, print sales, print production, or a similar field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Environment
This position is performed in both an office and print production environment with moderate noise levels. Occasional local travel may be required.
