A growing packaging manufacturer is seeking an experienced Customer Service / Account Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who understands the packaging manufacturing process and can confidently manage customer relationships from initial inquiry through production and final delivery. The successful candidate will act as the key connection between the customer and the manufacturing operation, ensuring projects are accurately quoted, clearly communicated, efficiently produced and delivered on time. This is more than a traditional customer service position. You will become a trusted partner to customers while working closely with Sales, Estimating, Prepress, Production, Purchasing and Shipping to ensure every project moves smoothly through the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Manage customer projects from order entry through production and delivery.
• Review customer requirements, specifications, artwork and production details.
• Prepare and process quotations, purchase orders and sales orders as required.
• Coordinate with Estimating and Production to ensure projects are accurately planned.
• Monitor production schedules and communicate status updates to customers.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact quality, timing or cost.
• Coordinate artwork, proofs, approvals and production requirements.
• Communicate customer requirements clearly to internal departments.
• Manage deadlines and ensure customer expectations are met.
• Follow up on outstanding approvals, information and production requirements.
• Coordinate shipping and delivery requirements.
• Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Investigate customer issues and work collaboratively toward effective solutions.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate customer and project information within the company's ERP/MIS system.
• Support Sales with customer communication, pricing information and project development.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer experience and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For
• 3–5+ years of experience in customer service or account coordination within a print or packaging facility.
• Strong understanding of packaging manufacturing processes.
• Experience working with folding cartons, corrugated
• Strong understanding of production workflows and manufacturing lead times.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Comfortable working with ERP/MIS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong customer-service mindset with a professional and solutions-oriented approach.

Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive base salary +$75,000 – $80,000*
• Performance-based bonus structure.
